If you just recently had a major leak at home which flooded your carpets we can help you to restore them. First, you’ll need you to give us a call. This way we can get all the details of the flooding situation. The source of the leak and condition of the water will determine what we will need to do to the carpet.
Our action plan for cleaning your flooded carpets will be determined by the severity of the water damage and if the water was clean or polluted. Polluted, as in was the leak from the toilet with excrement? Or was a radiator that has iron in the water?
If the source of the leakage was clean water, (e.g. overspill from the sink, bathtub or even clean toilet water) we can effortlessly deal with the flooding. And then we’ll clean your carpets the usual way with an add-on for deodorizing and sanitation.
However, if your carpet was submerged with contaminated water like from a sewage or waste matter. There’s nothing much that we can do. We would not want to risk health concerns so expect that the carpet will most likely need to be replaced completely.
If we assessed that the flooding is manageable and you’ll only require typical carpet cleaning, we’d gladly schedule you in for service instantly. However, if extensive work has to be done to restore the water damage, expect the process to take longer, more so if insurance companies will be involved.
